One of your top priorities should be knowing exactly where your emails are actually landing (i.e. inbox or spam) or if you're listed on any blacklists. You have spent countless hours collecting leads, strategizing, and creating content, which could all be for nothing if you're aren’t making it in the inbox. We use a tool called GlockApps to consistently monitor our deliverability, IP reputation, and domain health.
It may be tough to hear, but if someone is unengaged after 8-15 emails, they probably aren’t going to do business with you. Let them go and move on. Secondly, if you’ve tested your deliverability and are following best practices, it’s time to remove all hard bounces from your database- chances are it’s an invalid email or they are no longer with the company. This last point should go without saying, but there is no sense in keeping unsubscribed leads. Go ahead and purge them from your list.
